How to Relax Before Bed So You Can Sleep great
Many citizen have issue sleeping. When you lay down in bed, many times you just don’t feel tired adequate or relaxed adequate to fall asleep. Find out what you can that will help you relax before bed so that you can sleep better.

Avoid drinking drinks with stimulants in them before going to bed. These would be things that are very high in sugar or have caffeine in them. These will give the body a boost of energy production it harder to relax.
Read a book before bed. Get into your bed relaxing and start to read. For many this will help you get tired, comfortable, and want to fall asleep.
Take out your contacts. For many citizen who wear contacts, this rests the eyes quite a bit. When this happens, it’s easier to relax.
Listen to some soft music and turn down the lights. Lay in your bed or a comfortable chair for a bit just listening. This helps many to feel good and get comfortable.
Have a conversation with someone you love like your partner. In a healthy relationship, this is something that will make you feel better.
Consider getting some form of rehearsal during the day. This challenges the body and makes you tired. You will want to relax before bed and get plentifulness of rest since you are going to be tired. Some have good results doing this later in the evening to be even more tired.
Take a hot bath or shower before bed. This relaxes the muscles and will make it much easier to crawl into bed tired wanting to sleep.
