There is no demand that mobile marketing is going to continue to grow. It has some of the largest growth inherent with options like Facebook Places, Google Maps search, Sms texting, and more. Now naturally knowing that we can reach citizen on their smart phones isn’t enough. Looking at manufactures statistics on how many smart phones and data usage is occurring is helpful, but that won’t add wage to our bottom line.
One of the easiest ways to get dive-in with mobile marketing is to use marketing mediums that you already have into action. Many firm owners already are doing the following: sales letters, postcards, flyer inserts, magazine ads, account mailings, etc. Instead of trying to open a new exclusively mobile marketing medium, why not empower your target prospect to take performance with their cell phone from your existing mediums?
I ask you to consider the following mobile marketing strategies to combine the power of print media with Qr Codes.
Qr Code on a Magazine Ad – Magazines are still being printed even with the power of the internet. citizen take magazines on vacation, read them at lunch, and why not let them interact with your ad? Give them the power to peruse more by putting a Qr code in your ad. Take them to a special video. Take them to a landing page that gives them a unique offer where they feel compelled to optin for more. Maybe even take them to your Facebook Fan page to get them to click “like”.
Qr Code on a account – The mailings of small catalogues are one of the most sure-fire ways to jump start sales. Major retailers like Rei, Cabellos, Victoria’s secret send catalogues with great regularity and you can get the same benefits they do when you mail your own account (i.e. One retailer, Beeyoutiful, sends a qualified account that their customers beg for). Take benefit of the prime real estate (front or back cover) and give your prospects a surmise to act with their cell phone. Put a Qr Code with an interest piquing call to action. You could take your prospects to a featured product, a great video, or even ask them to share a testimonial.
With your print media in place, now you can get even more out of it with Qr Codes. The easier you can make it for prospects to take performance from your ads the more leads and sales you will generate.
